Free legal services in the areas of consumer education; rights of disabled; individual civil rights cases; governmental benefits; family problems; and housing problems.

Must call; problem will be screened by phone. If accepted, applicant will be referred to a local lawyer for services at no charge.

Area Served:

Adams, Brown, Hancock, Pike, and Schuyler Counties in Illinois

Eligibility:

Family income must be at or below federal poverty level guidelines.
