About Our Facility

The Family Counseling Center is a United Way agency offering a variety of services to assist individuals, families, and couples. Programs available include: marriage, family, and individual counseling; women's counseling and support family planning; crisis intervention services; and adoption information. The counseling program aims to address a wide variety of problems and situations. The violence intervention effort program offers services to victims of domestic violence and their families to help break the cycle of violence. Other services and programs are developed on an ongoing basis to serve other human concerns and address current problem situations. Parenting classes are offered on an individual basis. The client meets with the therapist one hour a week for 15 weeks.
