Interdisciplinary diagnostic evaluation; parent conferences; referrals for service & follow-up; medication consultaion; behavioral consultation for children with DD.

Additional Information

Eligibility requirements:

Developmentally delayed or disabled children or children with congenital or acquired multi-system or neuromotor disorders under age 12 years. Referral by physician, agency or early intervention.

Fees:

Medical card, group or private insurance accepted - no one refused service due to inability to pay - will work with families to make services affordable.
