MAR 1994 - Cincinnati Primitive Baptist Church, Cincinnati, Ohio - "Ministering the Gospel of God" (an account of this school is given in the Baptist Witness for May 1994, showing that the following Elders gave presentations: Elders Lasserre Bradley, Michael Gowens, Norvel Mann, Jeff Harris, Michael Ivey, Joseph Holder, Gus Harter, C. E. Darity, Ronald Lawrence, Lonnie Mozingo Jr., and Richard Halbgewachs.)

JUNE 2002 - Quotation from "White Unto Harvest" website: "In the latter part of the month of June, we will schedule a ministers meeting in the Cagayan de Oro and Iligan area for a ministers conference. Elder David Pyles from Jackson, Mississippi and Elder Mike Gowens from Kentucky have agreed to be with us. These two fine ministers are probably two of the most systematic in their teaching of theology among the Primitive Baptist. Their instruction would be of great profit to all of our ministry. It is my plan to have a four-day seminar for our ministers only."

FOOTNOTES:
1. Notice in the Journal of the "White Unto Harvest" website, that nearly all that happens is according to "my" plan. "I decided it was time" (meaning Gus Harter - not the "churches") is very prominent, even in matters such as when people are ready to baptize, when a church should be constituted, when a man should be ordained, etc.
2. Preacher training schools, national conventions, etc. have been held several times in the Philippines. We have copies of a few pages from some of these training manuals, which show that the men who have conducted them have taught "tithing" as the pattern for the New Testament church, and other liberal heresies.
The reader may judge for himself regarding the information shown above. We (by formal act of our church body) consider the above described "preacher meetings" to be unwarranted by the word of God and a major cause of dissension among God's people, and hence, we are forbidden by God's word to fellowship those involved in such practices.
