SAMARIA

Samaria Church was organized in about 1915. The Green School was given to the church, and they met there for a number of years.

Samaria Church was listed in the minutes as a member of the Spencer Association of Kentucky, its members having originally lived in that area.

Elder William Powell served this church as pastor for many years.
